Time and time again, the constant thing I see present in everyones lives these days is, that there is not enough time in the day to do it all!

We are being run ragged by work, families, stress oh and lets not forget about the stress around trying to maintain health!! Ha! It literally is everywhere.

Because of this, the main thing I see falling by the wayside is what we put in our bodies. But, a few easy skills and a little bit of a formula can be an absolute game changer and make life a little easier and healthier which hopefully will give the confidence and skills you need to take care of yourself and others and feel good in your bod too! Simplicity is bliss.

And so began the motivation for the Meal Prep Workshop. This is not about reinventing the wheel people, this is about healthy, simple and efficient ways to plan for the week ahead, and for your best body. Its all about the prep, ’bout the prep, no trouble 😉

What to Expect:

 

Date: July 23rd

Where: Nourish Vancouver @ 3742 W 10th Ave

Time: 3:30- 6:30pm

Cost: $80

What you get: In another of my continuing series of feast and function, this workshop is part demo, part tasting, and part learning. You will get to try your hand at some cooking skills, menu planning and create your healthy go to grocery list, and hopefully have a little fun along the way. The menu will be plant based, however I will instruct you on how you can integrate your different lifestyle choices into this easily.

What a novel idea it is for us to think that we plan for our busy week and yet we don’t plan for our bodies needs…the very thing that could backfire on us, our goals and happiness! This is us stepping back and saying, I got this yo.
