K guys, this is quick, clean and equal parts delicious and refreshing.
My love for Matcha continues…
Surprise Surprise. By now that I’m not drinking it warm its a whole new world with all the same benefits
- fat burning
- alert/calm
- energy boost
- tons of antioxidants… which is the most important part.
RECIPE
- 1 litre Cold Filtered water
- 2 tsp Matcha
- 1/4 cup Lime Juice
- 2 scoop Trumarine Collagen (optional)
- 1 Tbls Coconut Oil
- 1 cup Coconut water
Blitz all together in the blender
serve over ice
